During the summer of 2007 the FIPPD appointed a scientific commission with the task of examining the scientific validity of the CID activities, in particular of

- the developed tools, in connection to their quality and the state of research in the curative pedagogy (orthopedagogy),

- the quality of their technology (IT and electronics).

The FIPPD also asked to express an opinion on the possibility and feasibility of the operational integration of some of the CID activities in the ambit of tertiary level schools.

The scientific commission has been asked to prepare a written report for the Fondazione Informatica per la Promozione della Persona Disabile (FIPPD), which was then forwarded to the director of the cultural division of DECS (Dipartimento educazione cultura e sport, Tessin government).
